I found this little gem on Ebay and had to have it. From the listing:
Kellermann (trademark CKO), situated in Nuremberg, closed its doors in 1979 after been in business for over 60 years, so these models are already at least 30 years old. They are in absolutely new condition and all are packed in the see-thru packing introduced by Kellermann in the early 70's to reduce packing costs. Please note that this is no replica!
This is the Volkswagen Passat Variant, Kellermann item number 446. The model has a detailed tinplate interior, has a friction motor, an opening backdoor and is finished in metallic green. It is in mint, unused boxed condition. The length is 12 cms (4.8") and the scale is appr. 1:36.
I have never heard of this brand before. It's a very cool car, with fab details. Pretty much brand new too! Friction action works!
To give you an idea of scale. That's a Matchbox car next to it.
I love the tartan seats!
